As a new type of customer service module, modern logistics catches more and more eyes through connecting the manufacturing workshops and consumers into a tight process. It decreases the operational costs, while improving related enterprises operation efficiency at the same time. And now both manufacturing industry and servicing industry focused more and more energy on it. Our country also listed logistics industry as one important future industry on governmental schedule. Distribution is one of the key processes in logistics systems, which links consumers and the enterprises together. And certainly as a result, the service level of distribution directly influences customer services level and the enterprises profits. The development level of distribution gives an lateral impression on mature degree of one country's logistics industry. Own to these reason, making research on this subjects will process both ideology and realistic significance.In this paper, the author systematical introduced the steps of raising and regulating third part distribution logistics system in the beginning part; and in the following section, both continuous model and scatter model on the location selection of distribution center was built according to the consumers locations on the basis of analyzed all the factors that could influence this decision. And the system layout was also descript in this part, which integrated the operational quantities and operational processed distribution center together.In the third part, the mature degree model of third part logistics enterprises expanding distribution business was presented at the start. Following in the next paragraphs the author focused on distribution route and stock control, which were the most important points in distribution system.At the end, the author brought Yinfeng logistics company as an example. On the basis of analyzing the operation environment, identifying the resources and problems, the development model on third part regional distribution was brought forward together with some key questions.
