Research On Investor Relations Management Of Publicly Listed Corporations

This thesis revolves around investor relations management of publicly listed corporations. With reference to the experience of western nations, it discusses the basic principles, the origin and evolution of investor relations management of China publicly listed corporations. On this basis, this thesis also emphasizes the significance of applying investor relations management in China. And it gives some good suggestions on how to implement it.There are fore chapters in this thesis. The fist chapter introduces thoroughly the definition, development history and basic views of investor relations management. The second chapter touches systematically how to apply investor relations management, points out the concrete content and the way of it, and discusses the application of internet to it. The third chapter emphasizes on introducing the development course of investor relations management in China, analyzes the gap between China and western investor relations management and finds out the reasons, and studies the measures of reinforcing investor relations management and the significance of investors' relation consultant. The forth chapter analyzes the limitation of investor relations management of China publicly listed corporations through the cases in China and overseas listed corporations, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
