Construction Of Legal Framework Of Renewable Energy In China

Energy is the important material guarantee for economic and social development. But at the same time the consumption of the energy exacts a profound effect on environment. In order to protect the geo-environment and the ecology which we live on with exploiting and using the energy resource, all countries of the world chose the sustainable energy development strategies. Of course, China is with no exception as a developing country which takes the way of sustainable development. The sustainable use of energy is the very important strategic field to realizing the sustainable development plan. Moreover, the prior development of new energy, especially of the renewable energy is the main content in the ecological industry and is the critical aspect in putting forward the sustainable use of energy as well. In order to promote the exploitation and usage of the renewable energy in China, all the policies and measures which can promote the exploitation and usage of the renewable energy must be brought within the orbit of law. From the point of view of the situation of energy and the drawback which exists on the current energy structures in China, this dissertation analyses the significance of developing the renewable energy, presents the development strategy and the program of renewable energy in China. Based on taking the example of the policies and rules on developing the renewable energy of foreign countries and inheriting the current feasible systems in our country, this paper proposes the suggestion of constituting the legal framework about the renewable energy with the expectation that the renewable energy of our country can be developed healthily and rapidly under the environment of legal system, so as to put forward the process of the sustainable development of our country.
