This thesis details the origin, development and general situation, points the significance and feasibility of this theory development .It puts forwards that it is very important to current enterprises stratagem that enterprise create human resource system and enterprise culture based on competence . And this thesis gives us the detail application of competence model on human resource management e.g. recruiting and training from theory to practice. As a typical example Lenovo Groups, it introduces how to establish and apply on human resource management in Lenovo Groups from methodology and operation steps. The thesis is made of four chapters. First of all, chapter one the origin, definition, class of competence and the important significance of developing competence; Chapter two dissertates the commonly steps and assessment how to establish competence model. Chapter three deeply studied application of competence model on human resource management e.g. recruiting, training, performance from theory to practice e.g. Lucent and HP. Chapter four details how to establish, assess and apply on human resource management in Lenovo Groups for showing the value and maneuverability of competence system.
