Research On The Model Of Human Resource Management Based On Competence Theory

With the arrival of ages of knowledge economy, the working contents tend towards knowledgeable, the structure of organization tends towards flexible, the boundary of responsibility tends towards vague. These transformations result in the inherent defects of current human resource management model So it is necessary that developing a new human resource management model. The competence theory put forward by McClelland in early davs in 1970's provide the new method and sight to establish the new human resource management model. Tne application of competence theory in human resource management change the traditional mode of human resource management, adapt the variety of the management environment. These experts and scholar in our country also starts the research on the mode of the human resource management based on competence. They have obtained some fruits, but these fruits are not systemic. According this cause, the thesis tries to develop the systemic research on the human resource management based on competence to offset shortage.This text mainly completes these following works:(1) Carrying on the summary to the related theories of the competence, establishing the theory foundation;(2) Establishing the model of human resource management based on competence theory;(3) Analyseing the scope and premise of application and citing an example to explain how to apply the new human management model.The innovation of this paper consist in:(1) Carrying on the system analysis to the module of human resource management, and give management model respectively;(2) Systematizing the former fruits and establishing the general frame model of of Human Resource Management.
