Employee-oriented is the core of management. At the same time, knowledge of Employee-oriented mainly reflects on the terms of theory. How to realize the management's goal for employee has a long way.The paper has the point of view, employee-oriented is a management activities that work or endeavor to the best of one's ability and acquire more output. The kind of management can temper one's willpower, intelligence and physical power. By those rival activities, human being would reach to perfect qualities, mentality and physical force. Also, human being would achieve to full-scale progress at liberty. The paper is made up of six chapters. Chapterl, review the management evolution and conclude the intension of employee-oriented. Chapters 2, build four basic rules of employee-oriented. Chapters 3, ascertain the essential factor and manner of employee-oriented. Chapters 4, introduce foreign scholars' research on judging of employee-oriented. Chapter 5, analysis the hinder of state-owned company's management on employee-oriented, make some suggestions and countermeasures. Chapter 6, consider the influence of IT technology on organizations, calculating the possibility of employee-oriented.
