The new human resource manager Xin Cao of company A is confronted with her first problem when she received a group resignation letter from 8 staffs of sales department. Before that, She has found that the emplyee turnover rate of the company is 17% last year. So she decided to analyze the current situation by investigating job satisfaction and face to face talking.The thesis center around the main reasons and the cost of high resignation in the company in the aspect of society, enterprise and individual by using the Mobley model and Flamoltz cost model of empoyee's resignation. Based on analysis of the inside and outside situation of the company A, we got the following comclusion to prevent the company from high resignation.1. Put foroard the company's human resource planning.2. Humanized management.3. Taking the police of maintaining and grow.4. Evaluate the compensation policy again.5. Fulfill the desire of employee.6. Pay attention to recruitment process.7. Establish dynamic job analyze system.8. Make career programming for employee.
