An Investigation And Solution On The Management Of The Middle And Small Private Furniture Businesses

With about 20 years development, now the furniture trade in China has formed a fairly large scale. While due to the effect of the trade character, the development history and the national policy, etc, approximately 80% businesses in the furniture trade are on a middle and small scale. These businesses not only have become the main part of the trade, but also have done a large contribution on tax, foreign exchange income and increasing employment opportunity.But with the development of the economy, especially after the country entrance the WTO, the middle and small businesses come to a crisis. The purpose of the article is to find a pattern of business management that is suitable to these middle and small private furniture businesses. The article structure follows the pattern of finding the problems, analyzing the problems and solving the problems. And as the conclusion, I summarize 4 exploratory ways to solve the problems on the sale that exist in the middle and small private furniture businesses, 5 on the production and 3 on the administration. These exploratory ways are based on the management theories and practices both internal and external. And as regard to the validity of the ways, it needs to be verified by the practice in future.
