With the development of computer net-communication, global informationazition is becoming unencumbered tide. The Electronic commerce developing in worldwide not only adds new content but also influent and transform society life with incredible speed. E-commerce promotes corporations' information intercourse, bring down transaction fare, shorten production cycle, exploit new sale territory. Many merchants are asking themselves how they can benefit from this new technology.This article is based on a lot of first-hand information, introduce the development history of E-commerce, and summarize E-commerce impact on government, enterprises and people. At the same time, it also introduces the development and problems of forestry informationization in our country, analyzing the feasibility of forestry e-commerce technically.The thesis expounds the design plan, the selection of equipments, the structure of Internet, the description of module and design database of E-commerce platform. Meanwhile, I probe the E-commerce mode on China forestry enterprises. I believe the level of competition has stepped up in global networked-market. Forestry enterprises that fail to take advantage of what the network has to offer are missing opportunities and allowing the competitors to gain important economic advantages. Forestry corporations must foster interactive relationships with propects, customs, partners, supplies and employees, open up internal and the flow of information. Achievement of this high level of competitions requires the openness and information accessibility.
