Researching On China's Countermeasures Confronting The International Anti-Dumping

In recent years, as the international anti-dumping cases have an upward trend, there is no feeling of optimism about international anti-dumping situation. Due to anti-dumping, more and more trade conflicts arise. The theory circle, economy circle and governments of many countries are more and a more commonly concerned with the research on dumping and anti-dumping issues. With China's entry into WTO and development of Chinese foreign trade, China is facing more cases of anti-dumping, which has been a serious barrier to the development of foreign trade while China enters a new stage. Therefore, seriously studying the countermeasures of coping with international anti-dumping has been an important issue in our current foreign trade.Applying the basic principles and methods of modern economics, the paper analyses the theoretical research base of dumping and anti-dumping, probes into the fundamental causes of the formation of dumping and anti-dumping and the law origin of dumping and anti-dumping. On the basis of these and from the practical angle of dumping and anti-dumping respectively, investigating the situation of international dumping and anti-dumping and the serious situation of China's encountering international dumping and anti-dumping, summarizing the anti-dumping damages to China's economic development, Firstly, analyses the external causes of foreign Confronted with the international anti-dumping situation and the defects of the increasingly up-grading situation of foreign anti-dumping to China ,which mainly embodies the adjustment of international competition paradigm and the foreign discriminatory policy to China, international causes are primarily the way to economic growth , the disorder competition of foreign trade ,and the imperfect of China's trade protective system and laws and regulations etc. at the same time, with regard to various issues concerning China's anti-dumping system, relevant law system, train and enterprise's powerless response to charges, and summarizes and searches on the conceiving how China executes the sustainable development strategy of foreign trade ,and offers relevant reference countermeasures, for example ,to attempt to propel the innovations of trade system and theory, to make efforts to conceive and construct the trade mechanism of all-winning game, and to deepen the reform of the operational management system of foreign trade and the adjustment of trade policy and so on. meanwhile, proposing the relevant point of view and development though that Chinashould learn from the foreign development experiences, make good use of the rules of WTO, merge into multilateral trade system, and endeavor to acquire fair trade environment.
