The foreign trading environment is getting better after China entered WTO. Meanwhile, Recently the exports of our country's products are beginning to suffer from anti-dumping frequently and China has become the largest victim of anti-dumping actions because of the abuses of anti-dumping which carries on the trade protection .One of the problems in anti-dumping currently is that domestic trade association can not function well in defending anti-dumping proceedings, and the consequence of that is unfavorable. We will have to be faced with it, thus we can continue keeping the good export situation. Based on the actuality and reasons for anti-dumping to our export products, this paper illustrates that trade association should play a positive role in coping with anti-dumping, and analyses what measure trade association should take when faced with it. The key to solve the problem is how to develop the function of the trade association in international anti-dumping. The development of Chinese trade association has some flaws which impede it to function well .based on the actuality of trade association and societal circumstances in our country, this essay brings forwards some upswing measures for it. Trade association itself needs improve .Meanwhile, the whole society should provide a favorable atmosphere for the development of trade association, which can get a healthy, rapid and benign development .In this way, trade association can exert its respond function, making our favorable export situation continued. Faced with the intense anti-dumping, trade association should overcome its shortcomings, perfect its functions and play its roles fully in international anti-dumping. This paper hopes to carry on a trial study to our country's trade association's role under the new circumstances.
