The research employed questionnaire to investigate Individual career management and organizational career management in region of Guangdong.The purpose is to explore the relationships between Individual career management and population variables organizational career management and organizational characteristics Individual career management and organizational career management,as well as the affection which career management on employee's job attitude, including organizational commitment job satisfaction and turnover intention.The results indicated that:(l) Organizational Career Management Questionnaire(OCM) comprises four components,which are career tutorship career information management rules and director's support; Individual Career Management Questionnaiire(ICM)is made up of five components,including self-cognize know the chance of organizational development career attempt career belief and upward communicate.(2) Organizational career management has positive correlation with individual career management.(3)There is closely correlation between self-cognize know the chance of organizational development career attempt upward communicate and organizational commitment job satisfaction and turnover intention,and career belief only related to turnover intention.(4) Career tutorship career information management rules and director's support is related to organizational commitment and job satisfaction,and turnover intention is only related to director's support.(5) Marriage age education and income have great affect on individual career management.(6) Organizational characteristics magnitude have great affect on organizational career management.The results and findings in this research are helpful to human resource management such as career management training and development incentive.
