The temporary staff of military academies signed labor contracts with military academies,and engaged in teaching and scientific research assistance.The current research on the management of such personnel is basically in a blank.In this paper,a series of exploratory studies are carried out on the management of such personnel,aiming at: obtaining the group characteristics data of the temporary staff of national university of defense technology(NUDT)through questionnaires and psychological measurements;based on organizational career management(OCM)-organizational commitment(OC)perspective,study key management factors affecting different types of temporary staff,lay the foundation for the establishment of management system for temporary staff;aim to improve OC of temporary staff,propose management suggestions based on OCM principles.The work carried out in this paper includes:(1).A questionnaire was designed to measure the basic situation of temporary staff,OCM perception and OC perception.Through data analysis,the validity and reliability of the survey data are proved.(2).Analyzed the group characteristics of the temporary staff in NUDT,and analyzed the distribution and connection of the “gender-education-position-salaries” of the temporary staff.(3).Analyze the measurement of OCM and OM perception of the temporary staff of NUDT.The differences in perceptions of OCM and OC between different academic qualifications,positions,genders,and age groups were analyzed.(4).The relationship between the dimensions of OC of different academic qualifications,positions,genders,ages and other groups and the dimensions of OCM was studied,which provided a basis for the targeted implementation of OCM.(5).With the goal of improving OC,we put forward management suggestions and measures for the implementation of OCM for temporary staff of NUDT.
