The Study On Morale And Infective Variables Of Securities In Guangzhou Property Management Companies

Securities , who have great relations with service quality and company reputation, are playing very important role in property management. Besides this, the morale of securities are the key points to effect the service quality in property management company. This thesis investigated and analyzed and discussed the morale contents, composition, and infective factors for securities by three aspects of organization identification, job involvement and group cohesiveness in Guangzhou property management holdings companies.The results showed that :1.The structure of the more are six factors: Job & Sensibility involvement, Organization identification, professionalism, goal identification, cohesiveness and team spirits. 2.The infective factors for morale of securities are two factors: invigorative factor, and sanitarian factor. 3. The securities of various demography, including age, marriage, education and consume level, evaluate these factors differently.The purpose of morale study is to find some measures to prompting securities, namely how to inspirit morale. The thesis put forward some measures as follows: definitude enterprise goal, leader's attainment and influence , compensations and benefits, management policies and management style, understanding and prompting, working guidance and procedures, affirmation staff's importance, on-time praise, communication and colony psychology.
