Voluntary Turnover directly impact the stability of the talent in an organization, thus increase the cost on human resources. The actual quit of a job comes from the turnover intention, which related closely with employee's satisfaction rate. To understand the working attitude of the employee, will help us setting corresponding policies of Human Resources Management, better retain the talent needed by the company, and increase the compatibility.The survey uses questionnaires with random sampling from 1469 employees working in different nature of companies of Pearl River Delta. The main researches include: The Job Satisfaction and Satisfaction Factors, Turnover Intention, the demography influence to satisfaction, turnover intention and initiative. The result of the employee survey showed that: there are three factors in job satisfaction namely Motivation, Hygiene and Interpersonal Relation. The Satisfaction Rate and Turnover Intention have negative correlation. The satisfaction rate of employees in different nature of companies is significant. Demography as antecedent variables, including sex, age, marriage status, working tenure, people in a department, education and position, has significant impact on satisfaction factors. Sex, age, marriage status and working tenure have the same significant impact on turnover intention.The purpose to survey the employee satisfaction rate is to retain the talent, this article puts forward the following suggestions: to attach importance to the interpersonal relation factor of job satisfaction and to enhance the organizational communication; to pay more attention on employee working initiative while enhancing job satisfaction; to lay stress on different motivation policy base on the different status of demography.
