The conflict between limited land and rapid growth ofpopulation in cities, makes the land for cubic use orientation, variouskinds of high-floor, multi-floor and super-multi,floor buildingscomes out, real estate market develops greatly. Meanwhile, since ourcountry's reform and open, the citizen's living system in cityexperiences from commanding distributive system, welfare topersonal ownership and commercialized development, all thesegenerate a new industry--Property Management. Because ofshortage of norms in GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF THE CIVIL LAWOF 7HE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, lawsuits in PropertyManagement domain grows rapidly, this makes difficult injudicature.
