Study On The Economy In Hilly County Area Of Sichuan Province

The County Area Economy in china plays a great role in national economy , So the studies of the County Area Economy is of an significant and realistic meaning.Sichuan province is a major agricultural province and its economy plays a very important role in the whole provincial economy, the mound county area occupies less than 17% of the full, over 50% of the population are living here with more than half of output of the main agricultural products. The present situation of hilly county area economy in Sichuan Province . Based on this special position has been further studied and analyzed in this paper and We find than the level of development of economic is very comparing with other 4 kinds of country area economy, by the methods of related analysis, sorted analysis , comparative analysis, the reasons for the development have been analyzed.The main reasons are following: the hilly county area is short of the farmland and underground resources, the poor foundation infrastructure, the low population quality and farmer systematical degree and the industrializing level , the third industry slow development , policies in bad situation.On the base of the above analysis, with the theoretical guidance of the district comparing-advantage theory, the district improving construction theory and the pole development theory, this thesis puts forward to adopting various measures to push the economic development in the mound area, aiming at adjusting the industrial structure, agricultural industrialization the town turning and industrializing strategy.
