The Theory And Practice Of Regional Tourism Cooperation

Study on Regional tourism cooperation is the core subject of tourism in the 1990's. More and more scholars began to recognize the important meaning of studying this subjects. Many works in the field came forth.Firstly, I retrospected and summarized the rgiongal tourism cooperation stuty from abroad to home. According to the summary I put forward the issue that I wanted discussion and study. Secondly, I researched the fundamental theories involved the study on regions, regional tourism. Thirdly, I discussed the necessity and superiority of regiona tourism cooperation and mutual relationship between cooperation and competition of regional tourism. Through research, try to establish new relationship of cooperation and competition, that is, competition-cooperation-new competition-new cooperation. Fourth one mainly discussed the mechanism of regional tourism cooperation. From nine aspects studied the mechanism of regional tourism cooperation: policy mechanism; coordination mechanism; information mechanism; market mechanism; monetary mechanism; law mechanism; supervision and control mechanism; aid mechanism; talent train and research mechanism.Fifth one, Yunnan how to use the significant opportunity of China and ASEAN free - trade area to develop regional tourism cooperation with ASEAN. Yunnan should draw up a series of strategies to cooperate with ASEAN as soon as possible. Last, draw a conclusion of research, presenting out the major statements, innovation and limitation of the research.
