With the tide of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the economic and trade exchange between China and Central Asia countries develops increasingly. Besides the traditional cooperative fields,(investment, energy, and security), more and more cooperative fields are explored, of which tourism services trade attracts much sight and researches. The Silk Road Regional Project has provided a good tourism service trade opportunity for China and Central Asian countries. Therefore, the study of high effective cooperation in the Silk Road regional tourism will be necessary theoretically and practically. Both China and Kyrgyzstan have already joined WTO, while Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan are trying get into the rank actively. They wish to realize common development, especially economic co-prosperity under WTO international rules.This paper consists of 3 parts. Partâ… is the basic theoretical description, mainly about tourism, tourism services trade, regional tourist cooperation, etc. Partâ…¡expatiates the tourism services trade between China and Central Asian countries under the Silk Road regional tourism cooperation. Starting with their tourism resources description, development state and legal regulation, this part points out the opportunity under the Silk Road regional tourism project, and analyzes the important significance of Silk Road regional tourism cooperation. Partâ…¢works for constructing legal mechanism for tourism services trade between China and Central Asian countries under GATS framework. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the regional tourism services trade, this part puts forward some tentative legal mechanic ideas from domestic law and international law under GATS framework.
