In general, hydraulic and hydropower project construction is more complicated than other projects. It is characterized by the longer construction term and a large amount of material needed. From the view of system analysis, hydraulic and hydropower project is a complicated system, so its logistical system is possibly affected by many indeterminacy factors.In this dissertation, based on the system analysis of the Modern Logistical System and the study of logistical characteristic, the purpose, way and approach of hydraulic and hydropower logistical construction are set up. In order to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the materials supply chain, the methods of System Engineering and Operational Research are applied to design and optimize the integrated logistical management model in hydraulic and hydropower project, which can economize the construction investment, ensure the quality and period for a project. The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1) According to the logistical characteristic, situation and issues of hydraulic and hydropower project, the methods of System Engineering and Operational Research are applied to illustrate the characteristic of logistical system of hydraulic and hydropower project and information management. It also presents the future research on logistical system of hydraulic and hydropower project.(2) Based on the analysis of logistical system of hydraulic and hydropower project, a model of mathematics programming of logistical inventory system is presented. In order to find out the proportion of every expenses and optimum range in optimum inventory strategy solving the safe inventory and it's management problem, The calculated result of using this model is compared with the economic order quantity model. (3) Two models are used to capture the optimum order strategy. One is storage model with no allowing goods shortage under the condition of limited-space storehouse and considering batch discount. The other is about supply agent selection problem. They are applied to solve the order and inventory problem of hydraulic and hydropower project.
