Through researching and analyzing the present enterprises' marketing system, it's argued that the problems consist in investigating salary of it, according to principles of human resources' salary design and theories of economics. Combining enterprises' concrete conditions, design improving is the focal point.Assessment is the base of establishing salary system. It's a practical way to reflect employees' performance through quantifing the evaluated indexes. Salary allotment system on the basis of performance can fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm.In this paper it's argued performance evaluation for departments and individuals. On the aspect of departments' evaluation, it emphasizes the importance of team cooperation. The method is that the company assesses the performance of all departments. Then it gives salaries to every department according to the results. And every department gives some examination to its staff and decides everyone's salary. On the aspect of individuals' evaluation, it's considered to regard quantified assessment as the principle and subjective performance evaluation as assistance. At the same time, the relative evaluation's possibility is taken into account. The aim is to reflect personal performance more objectively and to provide dependable reasons for determining employees' salaries.
