Knowledge worker, as a media of knowledge, has become important human resource when the era of intellectual economy comes, which makes it most important to manage knowledge workers. Hi-Tech company in China have made great progress since China began its route to market economy, but confined with its shortage in human resources management. Therefore, it is very important to the development of Hi-Tech companies to research its human resources management system.Human resources management refers to all policies, management practice and rules that affects behaviors, attitude, and performance of employees, the four parts of which are strategic human resources (strategic partner), business infrastructure construction management (management expert), transitional & revolutionary management (revolutionary pioneer) and employee contribution management (employee motivator). When the level of human resources management is still lower, it cannot be expected to institute regular modern human resources management system, and gradual progress is recommended. This article suggests a route to human resources management system of hi-tech company through research on the R& D department of Corporation T: management should realize the importance of HR, improve professional level of its HR professionals, and institute HR management base in which other roles of HR as employee motivation, revolution pioneer and strategic partner will be built up.This article first emphasizes the necessity of introduction to hi-tech company of modern HR management system, describes concept of HRmanagement and its four functions proposed by.professor Dave Ulrich, then analyses problems of Corporation T in its HR management, consequently, suggests some measures to its management infrastructure in HR, mainly in work analysis and work evaluation, compensation system and performance appraisal. The Article has some value to human resources management of developing Hi-Tech companies in China.
