Research On Stability And Reconstruction Of Strategic Alliance's Of CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation

CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation is a specialized transportation company that deals in the crude oil in the main line of Changjiang River and coastal area, and its products. In recent years, because of the external environment condition sharply changing and management reasons inside the enterprises, the alliance foundation between CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation and Chinese Petro-Chemical Corporation has changed, and it brought crisis to the existence of the alliance body. Under this environment, I did the research about the strategic alliance's stability of CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation.Firstly, I have surveyed and studied on the spot about the current situation of the strategic alliance of CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation. On the basis of understanding actual conditions and consulting a large amount of second hand materials, I have analyzed alliance's present existing problem and the reason of these problems. Secondly, the paper evaluated the strategic alliance's current situation of CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation. Combining relevant theories, such as strategic alliance's stability, etc., the paper has analyzed the essence reason of the present alliance's crisis. Through the evaluation, I found that present strategic crisis of alliance in CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation is temporary, and it is the temporal instability in the range of controlling of the stability. Thirdly, combining the enterprise's current situation with actual market situation, the paper has reconstructed the strategic alliance of CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation. On the basis of analyzing company's key competitive power and development strategy, it is found that at present, there are more opportunities and bigger rooms for the company to develop the relation of strategic alliance with domestic petrochemical industry enterprises. Finally, the paper also puts forward some suggestions about the management of the strategic alliance in CSC Nanjing Tanker Corporation.While using relevant theories, such as managing, surveying, systematic theory, etc., the paper takes the method of combining the quantity analysis with quality analysis, and introduces models, AHP to cope with the issue. The paper has the reference value for the company's strategic alliance development, and at the same time, it also has some reference value to the management of other similar enterprises.
