From 1980's,with the promptly progressing of information technique and computer network,the economic system and our value concept,which we had familiar known have been changed rapidly. Holding and using network tools to boost the business's trade is increasingly become the necessary condition to win the strategy goals in the future. Under this precondition,this thesis intends to adopt the methods of positive analysis,comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis to probe into some problems such as how the small business using advanced tools of Hi-Tec and keeping development in the network era from point of marketing view. For the business enterprises who have a desire to take part in network world, develop the search engine marketing is comply with the surrounding and their benefits. While, because the domestic research for the search engine marketing studying is in the stage of grope, the theories of this area is not very mature, even though some basic theories are forming but they are still scattered and could not to become a complete knowledge construction system, so it is hard to bring the leading function of its system into play.
