The informatization is a inevitable choice which can accelerate realizingindustrialization and modernization in our country. Informatization of the enterprisenot only concerns the improvement of its own competitiveness of enterprise, but alsoconcerns the sustainable development of national economy and the promotion of theoverall national strength of our country. From the view point of energy utilization, theinformatization will notably improve the dispatch efficiency of material resources ofenergy, promote the whole technological progress of the trade effectively, traditionalindustry reengineering and upgrading and industrial structure optimization, and bettereconomic operation and management level. Especially in petrochemical industrywhich have a variety of equipment, substantial investment and heavy energyconsumption, modern scientific managerial procedure to execute the energymanagement will improve production efficiency of enterprises, reduce energyconsumption, promote energy source utilization efficiency, improve economicbenefits in utilization of energy source greatly, and have very important significance. This subject is a sub-subject of technology department, Yangzi PetrochemicalCompany, . It also is subsystem of YangziPetrochemical Company ERP project. This subject analyzes current situation andtrend of information system construction of petrochemical industry in our country. Onthe basis of collecting, sorting and analyzing a large amount of data, aiming at thecurrent situation of energy source management of Yangzi Petrochemical Company,Yangzi Petrochemical energy source management information system has beendeveloped to help the Company save energy, coordinate the relationship inside theenterprise, reduce management cost, increase economic efficiency and strengthenenterprise competitiveness. The system development is based on Prototype Method, developing useful anddiscarding the unnecessary and nitty-gritty details of the structured system developingmethod, inherits its reasonable concept. At the developing phase Object Orientedprogramming method was employed. It improves the developing efficiency greatly.Having checked and analyzed the Yangzi Petrochemical Company's energy sourcemanagement and discussed with the users again and again, base on the actual energyconsuming and disposing of every department, the system development chose theObject Oriented visual software VFP6.0 and dynamic web design language JSP. TheWindows operating system which is the most acceptable OS as the system platform,works safely, stably, conveniently and promptly. The main content of the system is collecting the data of energy source from theproduction management system of every energy source unit in Yangzi PetrochemicalCompany, then computing and balancing and optimizing the data, finally predictingthe energy consumption of the next season. It provides the decision-making supportfor the head office to comprehend entire information of the Company and manage the ⅰ周斌:能源信息管理系统的开发和应用 2004 年 5 月 energy source. Because the design of the database in question took the concept ofdata-warehouse, it solved the problem of data collection on different platforms. It canhelp system do the complex energy source management. The function oflong-distance data transfer by network was designed in the system. Accurate andprompt information transfer overcomes the difficulty caused by the separategeographic spots of workshops. Furthermore, the interface has been considered in thesystem. It brings great expansibility to the system and makes the system extend andconnect easily and achieve the data sharing when Yangzi Petrochemical energy sourceapplication is more complex in the future.
