Organization information communication is the essence of an organization, the binding element that keeps the various segments together. There are lots of studies on organization information communication for two double years, but there are a few studies in our country. Because the academia and the practitioners in our country neglect the effect of organizational communication. This paper aims to point out the status quo in our country's company. The method of organization communication mainly is adopted qualitative method, but in this paper quantitative method are utilized.Basing on the analyzing the status quo of study in the field, the two classical Communication Model of Shannon(1949) and Schramn(1955), adopting Cybernetics and LMX, a communication model between supervisor and subordinate is developed. Because supervisor and their direct subordinate contact most frequently in the organization, and the communication between them is easier to control than other relationship. In the second part of this paper inter-organization communication is introduced particularly (including communication between individuals, communication between individual and group, communication between groups).The third part of the paper is surveying company in ChongQing. It aims to analyze the status quo organization communication in ChongQing. At first choosing reliability test to test the questionnaire itself, then factor analyzing, correlation analyzing, t-test, mean, standard deviation etc mathematics instrument in this paper are used to analyzing the data what we collected. The result indicates that the main communication mode in ChongQing's company is face to face, while email, fax and mobile-phone message are used rarely. The frequency between subordinate and their direct supervisor indicates that the relationship between and communication effectiveness isn't significant . The result indicate that communication with direct supervisor and feedback and the subordinate 's years of services in the organization was found to be positive association. Communication within unit and age was found to be positive association. The male subordinate have more advantage than the female subordinate in communication with their direct supervisor. The attainment education and the five factors was found no significant correlation. The supervisor years of services in organization and feedback was found to be positive association. The supervisor's age and feedback was found to be positive association. The male supervisor in communication in unit has more advantage than the female supervisor. The supervisor attainment education levels and communication in the whole organization was found to be positive association. While the relationships of informal relation and the selected demographic characteristic was found no significant. At the end of the paper, there is some advice of improving organizational information communication effectiveness from four aspects, the diminish of difference in individual, the establishment of organization infrastructure and culture to facilitate communication, utilization of communication media correctly and attaching importance to feedback.
