TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd. is a joint company controlled by TCL Co., Ltd., and one of the fastest developing companies in these years. As one main company of TCL Co., Ltd., TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd does work in the research, the produce and the sale of mobile telephone. Being established in four years, TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd. was developing fast and becoming the first in China. In 21th century, facing opportunity and challenge that come from accessing to WTO, and the competition of company that become more and more intense, it's very important for TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd that how to keep competition strength and development of lasting and health.At first, the paper simply introduces the development of TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd, and explains the basic theory about strategic management and competitive strategy; Under the guide of strategic management ideas, basing the environment studying, the paper analyzes some external factors, such as integration trends of world economy, accessing to WTO and the development of the communication industry, also analyzes the internal resource and strength, then finds out the key factors involve internal and external environment; by analysis of five competitive forces model, we master the competition construction and situation . Through application of value chain analysis and AHP model analysis, it finds out the core competition for TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd .On basis of conclusion arouse from analyzing or by using SWOT matrix analysis, strategic level, AHP model analysis, through owned strategies and competitive situation, we bring up some ideas of building up dynamic competitive strategies for TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd. On the end, combining with all kinds of analysis results, some more suggestions for strategic implement were brought out.The conclusion about researching of the paper is that dynamic competitive strategy that TCL mobile communication Co., Ltd must build and implement quickly. In order to enlarge core competition capability, the important stages as fellows must be adopted: to enlarge the range of strategic alliance, become the core of competitive situation in the value chain, and improve the ability to the risk; to build and implement the information system, invest more money in ERP and E-B, improve the communication out of or in the company, especially forecast and response to the market; to make use of the resource, develop the strength of TCL Co., Ltd., invest more in the information system and the research. It must implement lastly the strategies of cost-ahead, difference, react to the market quickly and gain the lasting competition strength, utilize the core competition strengths of making, technique, in order to realize the strategic role of becoming the communication company having the core competition capability in the world.
