The market economy needs the market marketing, But setting up the real market idea and controlling the market marketing true meaning, the road that Chinese business enterprise want to walk is still very long. Being a representative of Chinese market in the last years marketing modes, the dealers experienced mostly from" Dao ye " to " Sitting the company " again till to current" Traveling salesman" stage, from the single individual developing till company now. Therefore, they also expose a more and more problems gradually in marketing process. This text tries to manage the marketing theories to apply to practice in the marketing management of the dealer, commencing to study how the dealer should to adapt to and control market from a few and main problem in marketing?This text starts from the marketing manage theories, analyzing first is decision theories, marketing cooperate theories, accounts receivable theories and the management theories of marketing represent,which are related to a few key problems of current white spirit dealer. Then aim at the condition of the current white spirit market to analyze the present condition of the factories, dealers and the consumers one by one, and tries to delineate the realistic environment for the dealers facing. Later, put forward to and solute these problem one by one: The first is the marketing decision problem, detailed discussing from four aspects: finding out own target market accurately, regarding customer as the center to establish product line, low price is a blade sword and promoting sales to set up own brand image with the whole. The second is the problem which a factory cooperates with a dealer, discussing the development process for their relation and how to realize "double wins" between them, from the realistic bargain relation, the inevitability which the factory and the dealer from trade the relation head for strategy colleague's marketing relation and giving a new life of the strategy colleague's marketing relation between the factory and the dealer. The third is a loan management problem, the framework mainly includes: how to treating the loan, valuing from the reputation investigating about the customers, establishing the customers reputation management policy. The fourth is the personnel management problem, which mainly includes: the realistic performance of the salesmen management, the training and the management system, a few concrete problems about salesmen. The last is the problem that white spirit dealer should pay great attention to.These key problems for discussing by this text have the stronger catholicity in white spirit dealer, the writer also provides the realistic viable the method of solution, these methods are a experience summary guiding by the theories, so it can be provided to related wet goods dealers to consult.
