Tentative Study On The CBD's Development In China

Central Business District (CBD) is the fruit of the human being's civilization and the embodiment of the city economy. With the persistent increase in the economy, several large-scale or mid-scale cities have commenced building their own CBDs. A CBD's development upsurge is rising in the country. But, a lot of irrational factors have existed in this upsurge. In the condition of disobeying the rule of the market, for chasing the achievement of their own and the face of the cities, several governments of the cities have developed the CBD with the measure of power. This phenomenon will induce large waste of the cities' resource. For giving an academic reference to the development of CBD in our country, the author has made tentative study on the characteristic development of Chinese CBD in this thesis. In the chapter two and three, the author has introduced the CBD's basic conspectus and the CBD's information in the western countries and ours. These two chapters are the base of the research, and they provide the basic theoretics and the development experience about the CBD. In the chapter four and five, the author has discuss the characteristic development of Chinese CBD and the other things those must be noticed in the development of CBD. The chapter four which introduces the characteristic development of Chinese CBD is the core of this article. In this chapter, the ideal of CBD marketing has been carried out in a certain degree.This dissertation is one of the earliest dissertations in our country those have roundly discussed the CBD from the angle of CBD's development. There have many innovations in this thesis, and some concepts and viewpoints have been taken in the first time. This dissertation will provide an academic reference to the development of CBD in a certain degree.
