Currently, the cases of juvenile delinquency in central district of large city increased end to end, displaying regularity in the type,measure and object, etc. As to the reason ,not only the common factors of juvenile delinquency but also some new elements arising from the former factors combined with the characteristic of the central district of large city, such as abnormal cultural market,the new challenge to social organization and control over the more and more transient population, etc, took effect.
