Human resources become more important and gradually turn into one of core productive factors of enterprises along with coming of the economy of knowledge. It is well known that human resource takes a very important role in the progress of social wealth creation. Evaluating human resource is a must in order to realize the rights and interests of human resource and maximize the value of the country, enterprise and individual, which can supply the reference resources for state's macro control, information support for reasonable use of human resource in enterprises and reference proof for human resource's participating the allocation of surplus value's.The thesis explores and discusses the theory and method of evaluating human resource. The thesis is organized as follows: In the section 1 the thesis expounds the research background, significance and purpose of evaluating human resource, and then analyses feasibility of implement evaluating human resource in China. In section 2 the thesis firstly researches the basic theory of evaluating human resource by systemic analysis, and identifies the concepts and related concepts of human resource, then analyses the meaning and influence factors of evaluating human resource, and then establishes the basic model of evaluating human resource based on profound analyzing Marxian labor value theory and marginal utility theory which is theoretic base of evaluating human resource, in the end of this section the basic theory of evaluating human resource is discussed and a integrated mode of evaluating human resource is brought forward. In section 3 the thesis introduces and reviews present monetary and non-monetary method of evaluating human resource, based on which the system of evaluating human resource is established in section 4. The section 4 is the core section of the thesis, in this section each parameters of evaluating human resource model is systematically identified, and the value of individual human resource is evaluated using position analysis of human resource management andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
