Most organizations have recognized the importance and urgency of human resources investment and hoped to get excellent human resources by human resources investment. However, human resources are unstable owing to fierce competition of human resources by organizations and dynamical change of organization. The study of human resource investment risks have become the focus of organizations because of its high risks. They have been discussed a lot in the past. But most study focused on the motivation policies and restriction by contract. It has showed that the goal wasn't achieved. The promotion didn't arouse the enthusiasm of employees. On the contrary, it has become the capital of employees' bargains and draining. At the same time, restriction of contract didn't prevent the brain drain effectively.Based on the thought of "management Ecology" and on human resources ecology, the paper discussed the risks of human resource investment and their elusion. The study of human resources ecology included preferences of human resources which were analyzed in this paper. At the same time, the paper also put forward the following viewpoints:I .Risks of human resource investment are laid on ecological environment of human resources. So the paper studied the risks of human resource investment and their elusion from the point of human resource ecology.II .The study of human resource investment should begin with the preference of human resource. According to the investigation, the preferences of current college students and postgraduates are divided into four tapes. The paper also discussed them in detail.III.The focus of human resource investment in the past was the training of human resource. It should include the recruit, use, training and keeping of human resource.IV.The basic problem of human resource investment risk and its elusion is the definition of the principal part and the property right of human resource investment. The paper discussed that the principal parts of human resource are both the organization and the employee.V .Human resource investment should be in harmony with resources of organization and preferences of human resource. The paper established a model of organization abstraction and analyzed a case.VI.Human resource investment is a high-return and high-risk investment. Risks of human resource investment are complicated and should be controlled from beginning in a dynamic way.
