A Study On Strategy In Perfecting The Educational Administrative Law Enforcement

The study upon educational administration is not a heated subject. The theoretical research of educational administrative law enforcement, though regarded as an important issue, witnesses no profound development. The paper begins with the study of basic theories of the administrative law, and gives detailed analyses upon the problems existing in the educational administrative law enforcement and the factors leading to above problems. The paper points out following severe problems existing in this area: definition of law enforcement subject, the authoritative purview of law enforcement, the criterion in application of law enforcement and supervision of law enforcement. Unfair education financial distribution due to the national educational financial policy is another acute issue. The paper holds that, to solve all above problems, following methods should be adopted: first, to perfect the educational legal criterion system; second, to optimize the rational purview of the educational administrative law enforcement; third, to improve the professional level of law-enforcing employees; forth, to rationalize educational financial distribution system; fifth, to reinforce supervision of the educational administrative law enforcement. These methods can guarantee legal execution of our nation's educational laws.
