Except for protecting the international peace and safe, the United Nations still has another import function: promoting the world economics and the social development. UN's function on the international economic law is more important at nowadays compared to the past time. "The Charter of the UN" provided legal sources and supports for UN's above function. This article mainly focuses on analysis of the regulations of " the Charter of the UN", three important Agreements of UN for establishing the new international economic order, Agreements made by UN on the different fields of international economic law, the international dispute solving mechanism of the International Court and the functions of UN on the international commercial arbitration and made a conclusion that the UN should have greater functions on the international economic law. It's not enough for the international economic law developing only in the fields of WTO, WB and IMF.
