The contemporary age, "mutually beneficial cooperation"(triumph in all ) is the one great trend in the market economy. In mutually beneficial cooperation, this ethical rule breaks through the past traditional theory that was intent on nothing but profit and was looked upon the contest as the law of the jungle. It can advance the market economy of development and supply one kind of freshment and inspiration in the market economy. Seeing that, we pursue the man how attaines "mutually beneficialcooperation" and how go away out "Prisoner's dilemma"-the individual reasoncauses the collective non-reason. The dissertation chiefly critizes the economics "self-interest reasonality" , the "mutually reasonality" of the classics game theory and the "action reasonality" of the evolutionary game. Moreover, we discuss Robert Axelrod, T.Hobbes, Rawls, David Gauthier and Binmore's method to resolve "Prisoner's dilemma". Finally, we introduce from the Kant's "Kategorish Imperative" to construct the forms "mutually beneficial cooperation of the morality". In the hope of this, we can attain "mutually beneficial cooperation"-the ethical rule.
