Reform Of Village's Collective Works And Vicissitudes Of Rural Governance In South Jangsu Province

As an impetus force, the village's collective enterprise once played an important role in the village's industrialization and modernization. Based on that, the model of rural governance formed which featured region's economic characteristic. Following the accomplishment of the village's collective enterprise's reform, the former methods of rural governance couldn't meet the requirement of local economy and society, and was confronted with the choosing of vicissitudes. Directed by Marxist historic methods and based on governance theory, the thesis takes a village for instance, tries to describe the vivid picture of vicissitudes of the rural community's organization system, the governing course and the peasants' participation, analyzes the cause of vicissitudes and explore the tendency of rural governance's vicissitudes.
