The Research In The Vicissitudes Of The Rural Governance In China At Present

The methods of the rural governance have been great changed since the reform-opening policy had been adopted in china. In the past, the governance in china is simplistic. But now it's gradually display by the cooperative of the government and the rural community. Studying the different expressions of the vicissitudes and the problems of it objectively and comprehensively, then founding effective ways to solve the problems is great significance for improving the governance and pushing it forward. With the methods of political-sociology, the author analyzed the three different parts of the vicissitudes in the rural governance and attempted to make a conjuncture of the tendency of the changes of the rural governance.In this essay, the author considers that the vicissitudes of the rural governance was a kind of reform of the governmental system which taken by the government of china. In order to put the vicissitudes forward, we must encourage the peasants' participation in political activities, optimize the social structure in the village organization and bring about an advance in transform of the local government (namely Xiangzhen) functions, shaping up a governance system made up by the peasants, the community organization and the local government.Besides these, this essay also point out the impetuses and the aim of the vicissitudes in the rural governance and it also provided some countermeasures on improving the rural governance.
