The Inventory Control And Network Design Of Reverse Logistics

Reverse logistics is a new research field in recent years. In the last few periods of the 20th century, with the enhancement of the sense of environmental protection and the putting forward of sustainable development consciousness, each country begins to pay attention to the reverse logistics. Compared with foreign research results, our researches are at the threshold of the field, and there are few articles about the reverse logistics, besides, almost no enterprise has found the reverse logistics network. Our country has become a member of WTO. It is inevitable to build up and improve the system of reverse logistics. Under those backgrounds, based on the present research, this article has introduced and analyzed the related conceptions of reverse logistics. Besides, the article emphasizes on the inventory control and network design of the reverse logistics after the detailed analysis of theories and practices of this field.Single-echelon stock system of reverse logistics and stock harmonization in reverse supply chain environment have been studied in the field of stock control. Aiming at single-echelon stock system, retailer's stock strategies under the condition of single period and multi-period have been researched according to the time of ordering periods. In the research of single period problem, the models of mean income and mean loss under probability events have been set up respectively towards the three different kinds of backtracks' dealing tactics, the results indicates that many kinds of dealing tactics can improve retailer's profits efficiently. In the research of multi-period problem, the model of total expense of the retailer per unit time has been set up, and then the optimal ordering quantity on each period has been given by the use of a kind of research method. Under the circumstance of reverse supply chain, the article researches the practice of alliance pricing and ordering tactics of the closed-loop supply chain under the circumstances of information completely shared and the using of two ordering opportunities respectively. The results indicate that with the various harmonizing strategies in supply chains the total profit of reverse supply chain can be improved efficiently.In research of reverse logistics network design, compared with traditional logistics network, the characteristics of the reverse one are given firstly. Based on this, aiming at a three-echelon supply chain network design, a MIP model has been established from the viewpoint of the combination of the traditional and the reverse logistics in a virtual company. With the help of simulated annealing algorithm , the results of the model are given. By the reasonable control of parameters of the algorithm, the article gives the more satisfied results.
