The MIS Research Of Logistics Inventory In Qinghai Petroleum Administration

As deeply as the company reforms, the purchase and supply function of logistics has been weakened in Qinghai petroleum administration. The main function is inventory management and customer service. The development of the logistics department is challenged seriously. Under this situation, to research the management Information system of logistics and inventory management is very important to the company.The main line of this thesis is how to construct logistics inventory management information system(MIS). Substantial evidence method is used in this thesis. The detail investigation, research and analyses about modem logistics and inventory management have been done. Several problems are found out and the method to solve the problem is also found that is to construct the information system of logistics and inventory management. In basis of modem logistics and inventory management theories, business system planning(BSP) method is used to reconstruct the structure of inventory management and the business process. The management Information system of logistics and inventory management is planned and technique route is supplied to practice the information system. Finally, the MIS will be carried out by using the method of structured system analysis and design(SSA&D).This thesis is a beneficial to research and practice about how to construct the management information system in Qinghai petroleum administration. The Management information system of inventory management is running in order to be tested. It will be put into using broadly in future.
