In the feudal times of Japan, along with the collapse of BanTian-System and the emergence of the Manorial system, the knight status, as a new political power went up on the historical stage. On the basis of it, Shogun feudal government was built. Thus the unique knight's state in Japanese history came into being.Bushido is an ethical concept which emerged with the emergence of the knight status. It was fermented in Ping-An Time, formed in Liancang-Times and completed in Jianghu-Times. In the course of its emergence and development, Bushido is all along with the Confucianism. Although the effects that the Confucianism put on it were varying in different times, the degree of it was steadily on the increase. The course could be divided in two stages: the times before JiangHu and JiangHu times. By way of comparing the writer would combine the history with the theory to expound it. The concrete arrangement is as follows:First, Beginning with the historical and political background of the emergence of the knight status.Secondly, this thesis expounded historical course of the emergence and development of the knight's power that was based on the knight status.Thirdly, this thesis expounded that along with the emergence of the knight status and the emergence and development of the knight's power, Bushido being and developed came into the knight's behavior standard.In the conclusion, the writer expounder in detail that during the different times, the Confucianism exerted varying influences on Bushido.
