Born about 2,500 years ago, Confucianism was solely proclaimed as state ideology at the expense of all other schools of thought in emperor Han Wu times. It gradually fused Buddhism, Taoism as an integrity during Song dynasty and became an unlimited thought source. Great a many scholars and elites had deliberately and deeply thought about the fate of Confucianism and struggled for its fortune when dark ages came especially in latter Qing empire. Invaded by Western countries with their advanced weapons, China had suffered a long doom days while Confucianism downfalling. Heavily stricken by New culture revolution and Culture revolution, it seemed no way for Confucianism for the days coming. With scholars both from home and abroad taking no efforts to save and reform it , Confucianism is facing a new development and bright future. It's an appropriate and miracle case due to there has so much gains and losses and debates in its history. So here I made a try to analyse the Confucianism by SWOT framework and the principle of supply-chain in order to clearly understand its market competitors and how to further develop under the time of globalization ,democratization and multiculturalization. In doing so, can the Confucianism amend its handicap and reform its operating model so that it could be an advanced culture to promote the development of democratic and market system of China. To avoid its present dilemma, at least two things need to be done. The first is theoretically morden transformation of which its inside sage induce outside new-king is most important. The second is more positively operating its business than ever based on regarding its business as an enterprise.
