Research Of Utility Of Foreign Direct Investment On New-Type Industrialization

Our country has gone into the stage of industrialization, but the mission of industrialization hasn't been accomplished. According to the present international and our domestic conditions, the sixteenth representative meeting of CCP put forward the economic developing strategy of new-type industrialization. The new-type industrialization is not only the pathway to realize the Chinese industrialization; at the same time, it clarifies the main content of economic development in the future. Therefore, making every attempt to carry out this strategy is becoming an important issue we are facing.With the deep development of economic globalization, the world economy gets into a new stage of structure adjustment; FDI not only brings out profound effects but also changes the conditions of Chinese industrialization and modernization. FDI has become the potent form that the technique, capital, management experience transfer and diffuse from developed countries to developing ones, meanwhile, it affects every factors of economic development, which strongly propels the economic development of developing countries. In fact, with the further development of reforming and opening up, FDI has become the stiff impetus of impelling economic increase in China.This article, according to the actual conditions of our country and international background, with an open mind, analyzes the references and inevitabilities of the new-type industrialization, pointing out that the new-type industrialization should make full use of economic resources of globe, while FDI is the most direct and important factor of taking part in the recycle of international economy, hence we need go on utilizing FDI more positively, more reasonably and more effectively. At the same time, this article re-cogitates on the practice and theory of FDI, and it considers that taking advantage of FDI to propel the strategy of the new-type industrialization is a feasible way of economic development, and then puts forward a series of policy suggestions and methods for utilizing FDI to develop the new-type industrialization.
