Research On The Theories And Key Techniqued Of E-Government

The paper is a part content of National High-tech Developing Plan(863 Plan):Research on foundation of electronic office and technique of extranet integration base on domestic Linux. Its contents mainly research into theories and its key techniques of the e-government, among them include three researches contents:first, the platform model and architecture study of e-government; second, study of workflow technique and its application of the e-government; third, the general design of the e-government network.In this paper, firstly, it disscuse the concept of the e-government, put forward the western characteristic e-government system platform model and its architecture. Secondly, it analyse and discuss the theory of workflow technique and its application in the e-government, as well as the implement method of flexible workflow, and gave scheme of flexible workflow base on rules of database. Finally, it discuss implement technique of VPN, put forward the construct of the government extranet based on IPSec VPN. The three topics provide the base of theory and technologic support to the construction of e-government system for the government.
