21 century is an urbanization century and is also urban management century. In terms of urban management, how to realize the urban multiplication management is a new subject. Presently on the urban multiplication management research has not a systematic research, in practice, more research is focus on the urban management. Nevertheless all research conclusions are very dispersedly. Therefore, this paper, based on urban management theory and together with urban economics knowledge, deeply researches urban multiplication management.Firstly, this paper, referring to a great many of correlative documents, systematically sums up the urbanization management theories from home and abroad. At the same time, this paper also putts forward the presently existent problems and gives the innovation. Secondly, this paper, based on giving the idea of urban multiplication management and referring to the model of urbanization management from home and abroad, considers China should choose the model of enterprise urbanization management, which should be leaded by the clients and improving the city competitive force so that realize the goal of urban multiplication. And this paper also introduces the theory basis and capability of China chooses the model. Thirdly, this paper, based on the enterprise management model, re-recognizes the modern urban, and analyzes the urban systematic component, and describes qualitatively urban multiplication process. And based on this description, this paper constructs an index system. And this paper uses the factor analysis and the clusteranalysis and well as the linear regression analysis to construct a math model, and describes quantitatively urban multiplication process. And finds the regular pattern of urban multiplication. Lastly, this paper gives the strategy of urban multiplication management and puts forward some other important and attractive problems, and gives corresponding measures.By this paper's research, it can actuate researcher of urban to pay attention to the problem, and gives them a reference.
