A Research On The Operation Administration Of Modern Logistics In E-business Era

The Logistics is paid attention to by more and more persons as China has entered into 21st Century. Along with the development of network economy and E-business, the trade time of goods had already been equal to or bordering on zero. Logistics will account for 90% of circulation time in future. The production value of Logistics has played an important role in national economy and will be playing great restriction function on the economic development of future. We can say, the modern economic level will depend on Logistics level to a great extent. As our country joins WTO, international trade industry welcomes enormous opportunities for business; trans-corporations march into China one after another. Although the Logistics of China develops rapidly, it is still far away from the paces of the era in every aspect, which could not form 'the third profit source' . Therefore, to run the research on the operation administration of Modern Logistics becomes extremely urgent.This thesis analyzes deeply into the essential features of Modern Logistics in E-business Era by making full use of theories of Modern Management, Logistics and E-business. It also analyzes into the extra condition of the slow development of the Logistics of China by using Expense Theory. The thesis has designed an operation flow according to the fact of China enterprises and offered a practical ways of operation flow by reference of the western existing theory & foundation of successful experience. From systematic view, this thesis analyzes how to combine the resources of Modern Logistics, designes a practical scheme of the combination, which is applied to the demonstration of the new industry of Logistics in Shenzhen and the case that Co. A moved out the Logistics problems of Co. B and has directive practical significances, and it also offeres a kind of scientific method & new train of thought to improve the key competitiveness & economic benefits of enterprises. From the view of advancing the development of Logistics,joining international competition, and combination of the macroscomic and microcosmic, the thesis has raised out some reasonable suggestions on the Logistics of China.
