With the changes of internal and external circumstances, this historical mission can't meet with the rapid development of Dongan Company. How to create more profit and how to form capacity at the core in the intense competition market by exert advantage? It's not only the problem to be urgently solved by Dongan Company, but also the problem to be faced by lots of other military product enterprises.First this article summarizes the theories of management tactic's meaning, classification and procedure.
