Gree Electrical Holdings Co., Ltd., has enjoyed the No.l in sales of air conditioning for 8 years. Its market share is more than 13% now. Such pride achievement is contributed to its distributing model, regional sale company. Such sale model succeeds to solve the disagreement between manufactures and dealers. It is in a creative way in encouraging positivity, controlling price, multi-regional management and normative management. Its many ideas is value to follow by other companies, even to the whole housing appliance industry. Moreover, with drastically competitive, the advantage of Gree model is obvious, especially facing up the growth of Chain model. Totally, these advantages show the conflict between traditional model and rising model. How to adapt to marketing reformation is arduous task to all housing appliance manufacturers. The chapter 2 is mainly the distributing theory. Gree model is fully analyzed in chapter 3. From the view of the same industry, Gree model is compared with other distributing model. On the one hand, Gree model is compared with chain model. Then, how to improve Gree model to adapt to competitive is given in chapter 6.
