With the coming of information age and knowledge economy, the renewal period of everybody's initial knowledge shortened, more and more people emphasis the study obvious from " person who storing learn " shift to " study all one's life ", thus all kinds of adult continue education blooming out.At present, the countries all over the world are developing the distance learning education system based on Internet in a more positive manner in order to meet the people's study needs, Chengdu Sharing Education Networking Technical Company just established under this situation as a networking educational company. On the initial stage, because the company lacked of effective analysis and marketing positioning on the target customers , market demand , product mix and price strategy, caused the fuzzy and unsteadiness of the marketing strategy.This paper analyzed the current situation, service range and existing management mode of the network education of our country at first, came out the conclusion that it's better for the company to operate with the commercialized mode, and positioning itself as : Regarding Internet not as the carrier , but as the company's main business. Positioning itself as networking education operator offering the win-win chance for ISP/ICP industry chain, thus defined the company marketing positioning, has established the foundation for company's competition formulation.Secondly, through a large amount of one and second hand market demand analysis, defined the potential incomes and target customers of the company, and through an analysis of the market and competition pattern , defined the competition state that the company faces at present, and then fostered a management theory "educated and shares , study all the life " and " differentiation "competitive strategy for the company.Finally, under the instruction of marketing theory in 4Ps 4Cand integrated marketing, this text confirm a " keynote " for company marketing formulation of tactics in terms of strategy, and with the position of company's operator , made 6 kinds of marketing and expanded the tactics for the company.Network education is a new developing industry, the author hopes to offer corresponding reference to operators of this industry through the analysis and discussion of this text.
