Modern Reform Of Traditional Logistic Enterprise

In the view of this dissertation,with the macro-background the situation where the Chinese traditional Logistic enterprises are set,by means of the analysis from three aspects,i.e. logistic demand market,logistic supply market and the influence of Chinas entry of WTO,come to a theme that traditional logistic enterprise,on the basis of trying hard to exploit core service technology,should professionalize and marketize,localize and globalize,so that transform into modern logistic enterprises. With the continuing development of society,the customers behaviour,the mode of production and the type of retail all have been changing greatly. These environmental changes of logistic system,in additional to the development of the logistics and information technology,have speeded up the innovation of logistic system of different types of logistic enterprises and the development of the course of supply-chain management. With the study of the modern supply-chain management and the analysis of the top 10 biggest logistic enterprises in the world,we can summarize the principles of modern logistic management as 7Right quality,right quantity,right time,right place,right image,right price and right products. In the same time,we can say that the modern logistic management has 6features:setting the realization of customers satisfaction as its first goal;putting emphasis on the commodity movement in the process of circulation;perfecting the whole enterprises;valuing efficiency as well as effect;hasing an information-centered commodity-supply system (practice-need type);managing the movement of commodity in a one-factored way. The analysis of logistic environment and the microscopic level of modern logistic management point out that traditional logistic enterprises should innovate the organization system and the logistic management system to see it that they can realize the features of modern logistics from every aspect,in the macroscopic direction as being described in Chapter one.The model change of modern logistic enterprise required that the traditional logistic enterprises should gradually form bigger operating scale and effectivedistance coverage on the hardware and construct the software with administrative level of strong ability of conduct and control,as well as logistic management information system with high mutiple-technology. Furthermore,the service concept should form the operating ideology step by step,which could achieve customers satisfaction,as the foremost objective.The 3rd Chapter of this dissertation analysis and expand how to build up the four parts:logistic trip identification system,vehicle operating management system,logistic EDI,information system with high effective and large coverage;key factors in the construction process;the principle that logistic enterprise should adhere to when construct management information system;the 3rd-party-logistics markets structure and success key factors. Thereby come to the conclusion of the whole dissertation.
