Study On Some Issues Of The West Region Logistics System' S Plan

This paper selects some issues in planning region logistics system to study. On the base of the feasibility of plan, the paper makes the simple and convenient estimation method of the forecast of logistical quantity; integrating source, it makes a scheme to construct west logistics system. Content is as follows:1. Define what is region logistics system; study pattern, structure, feature and worth of region logistics system; analyze the condition of constructing region logistics system; finally, make the technical route, goal, and appraisement index system of planning region logistics system.2. Define what is the basic logistics quantity; Analyze the basic feature of demand and develop tendency of west logistics; Forecast the west basic logistics quantity.3. The west logistics central city planning is proposed: study planning principle, amount planning, layout planning, scale planning and constructing sequential planning in central city planning.4. The west logistics routeway planning is proposed: study planning principle, arrangement planning, layout planning, and integrate routeway planning.5. The west logistics information system planning is proposed: study common information platform structure, communal information flow and information platform design of west logistics information system; analyze the crucial technology of system construction in detail; finally, the project planning scheme of information system is proposed.
